Jeffrey Hipolito gave a presentation with this title “Owen Barfield and the ‘Meaning’ Crisis” at  our Section meeting on December 7, 2024. Jeff is a member of the Section leadership team, and, as noted previously on this website, il a récemment publié deux ouvrages importants sur Owen Barfield. Il est le président de la Owen Barfield Society.

Jeff returned to our Section meetings on January 25, 2025 to present Part Two of this presentation. See below for the recording of the evening. 

Notre section s'est toujours intéressée à Barfield, depuis l'époque où Jane et Terry Hipolito et Clifford Monks nous rejoignaient pour nos réunions en personne à l'hôtel Marriott Presidential Suite à Rancho Cordova.

Fred Dennehy, également membre de l'équipe dirigeante de la section, a donné une conférence antérieure sur Owen Barfield lors de l'une de nos réunions régulières de la section en juin 2021.
