Dear Friends,
While a full report and a “Proceedings of the Conference” lie yet ahead, here are recordings of the two lectures that began our eight-day 2024 North American Section Conference. I was fortunate to have pushed all the buttons correctly, and I was able to get good recordings. I was less successful after that. Due to the complications of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping up conversations and tracking other details, I was not able to make useable recordings of the talks in the afternoon sessions in San Francisco. No recordings were made in Toronto.
Thank you to everyone who attended and helped with this important international Section event! Planning for the 2025 and 2026 conferences are underway. Keep an eye on the Section website for details.
